Together with the Website Goddess team, Flor built a new direct-response website from scratch with multiple calls-to-action throughout the site, visitor segmentation, live chat functionality and a fully responsive design for mobile and tablet compatibility.

This was a unique direct response marketing project we undertook to sell a development of 5 new build homes in a single weekend, at the height of the recession in Northern Ireland in 2012.

Together Megan and Niall designed a direct response strategy that would encompass as many of the key principles of effective direct response marketing as possible, including online video, irresistible calls to action, relentless follow up, high trust sales and ‘celebrity’ expert positioning of the business owner.
